PTPC Board Hosts Special Meeting The PTPC Board invites all PTPC members to a Special Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2:30-4:30 pm, at the HJ Carroll Park pavilion. Our Annual Meeting/Party has been canceled twice due to Covid, but we still want all members to be aware of the Board’s activities on your behalf. We want you to have an opportunity to speak up about any concerns you have about the Club’s operations or direction. With the current restrictions at the high school, and the evolving situation at the Courthouse, we all need to figure out how best to modify our current practices and what to plan for going forward. Please come and participate. All are welcome. --PTPC Board Constantly Changing Schedules When the high school courts became unavailable to PTPC, the PE Department also said they would let us know if there were times we could play. Here are the recent developments: This week, Sept. 20-25, PTPC can play on the high school courts from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Use the original schedule for Open, Rated, and Scheduled Play. Beginning on Monday, Sept. 27, we can play at PT High School from 3:30 to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Play on Saturday remains 9:00 am-1:00 pm. There is no play on Sunday. The hours at the high school for this time are divided between Open Play,* M, W, F, and Reserved Play, Tu, Th, and 2 courts on Sat. The other two courts on Saturday are designated for Beginner Lessons. *Players can self-organize into Rated Play if there are enough interested. These hours are TEMPORARY, and they change quickly. We will post the changes on Playtime Scheduler and the website. Check back often for updated info.
