Round Robin and Challenge Ladder Start Soon JOIN THE FUN ON THE PICKLEBALL COURT! FOR CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, PLEASE There was great enthusiasm for Round Robin Play and a Challenge Ladder at the Gala last Saturday. There are a few more spaces available for the Round Robin, and the Challenge Ladder is unlimited. AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO PLAY EACH WEEK IF LIFE INTERFERES! ROUND ROBIN PLAY - Intermediate Begins the week of April 25 This Round Robin will be for players with Intermediate Skills (2.5-3.4). Sign up as an individual. Each week you will play several games, each with a different partner against another pair. The day and time have yet to be determined. CHALLENGE LADDERS Intermediate (2.5-3.4) and Advanced (3.5+) Beginning Soon Sign up with a partner in your skill category, or indicate that you need one. A ladder will be set up with pairs whose skills range from top to bottom. You will be able to challenge a pair up to two rungs above you. You arrange your own matches at your convenience. We've been asked by OLD CONSULATE INN to delay starting to play pickleball at the Courthouse Courts until 9:00 am out of courtesy to their guests. We are asking our members to please comply with this request! Beginner Instruction Lessons for those who would like to learn pickleball will now be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, beginning on April 16, 2022. They take place at Mountain View at 10:00 am, and they are FREE! Sign up on Playtime Scheduler. AED Training for PTPC Gail Sumpter, Branch Executive of the Olympic Peninsula YMCA, has agreed to provide training in the use of the AED at the Y in Port Townsend to members of PTPC.
