New Officers elected to PTPC Board
The membership voted unanimously to accept the slate of nominees for the PTPC Board for the new 2-year term (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2023). They are as follows:
President, Lynn Pierle
Secretary, Sharlene Shiroma
Director of Court Operations, Jim Dow
Member-at-Large, Jeannie Ramsey (Events Chair)
Returning to the Board to complete their terms are the following:
Vice-President, Patti Rowdabaugh
Treasurer, Craig Walls
Director of Membership, Jim Geren
Director of Communications, Kim Anderson
Member-at-Large, Eric Seder (Facilities Chair)
Congratulations to the new PTPC Board members, and many thanks to those who are continuing to serve on the Board. We are fortunate to have a core group who dedicate time and energy to achieve the goals of the Club in our community, but there are many opportunities for more passionate pickleball players to help.
The Board has a number of Standing and Ad-Hoc Committees which are always in need of volunteers. Here are a few:
Events (Chair - Jeannie Ramsey) - organize social activities, Club competitions
Merchandise Committee (Chair - Stan Jonasson)
Fundraising Committee (need a Chair) - will launch a capital campaign soon
Instruction - help our new players learn the game, arrange for clinics
